Thank you for this article. It was exactly what I needed to read. I have used Bell's stuffing for years. This year it is unavailable. I bought some Bell's seasoning and decided to make my own stuffing. I got as far as realizing I should make a loaf of white bread but then wasn't sure what to do. Thank you for explaining how to make the bread cubes dry enough for stuffing but not too dry.
