I agree that cookies are great for Thanksgiving. We were fortunate to be invited to several Holiday dinners over the Thanksgiving week and I was to bring the desserts. I did take the expected pies, but I also took a plate of assorted cookies. To my surprise the cookies were a big hit and disappeared so fast. Little sweet treats after the big holiday meal are great.
