Hi Natasha, I will definitely pass along your request for some cake and cookie videos featuring the Ankarsrum! In the meantime, cookies can be a bit tricky because you either want to use soft butter with the balloon whisks or use the dough roller. In general, the dough roller is the way to go, especially if you're making chunky cookies with lots of add-ins. This video does a good job showing both mixing options for making cookies. Cakes are a little more straight forward and you can generally use the whisks with excellent results. You may find it helpful to follow along with some of the cake recipes featured on the Ankarsrum website, since they include mixing instructions.
