I bought an Ankasrum at the recommendation of America’s Test Kitchen last Christmas, and I’ve loved it for bread dough! I use it every week for a sourdough sandwich loaf I make. I still feel a bit out of sorts trying to use it for cookies & cakes though. I’m intimidated and nervous to use the beaters, since they seem rather delicate. But the times I've tried the dough roller haven’t quite gone as I’d hoped either. I’ve watched lots of the company’s videos, but I’d love if you all did some on how to use it, especially for cakes. Do you have other resources you can point me to for using this mixer for other baking applications?
