I've had my Ankarsrum for about two months now and I find that it does a good job on other doughs also. I use the additional bowl and wire beaters for lb cakes and cookie dough. I still have my KA but I just use it for the attachments now. I use my Mini Zo bread machine when I need one quick little loaf and I appreciate the recipes that you developed for it. The Ankarsrum really does a wonderful job for one or more full sized loaves. Hope you will be adding a few recipes using the Ankarsrum.
