Hi Sara! Unfortunately, Greg won't be notified of your question, so there may not be an immediate response. It looks as though the manufacturers of Jell-O have recipes for Pudding Cookies on their website that utilize either the chocolate or vanilla pudding flavors.  Happy Baking!
