Hi David, this recipe conveniently gives you the amount of batter you need to reverse tare (235g) in step 6, so that should work for dividing your batter into three portions in this particular recipe. If you're trying to calculate the total batter weight of a recipe that calls for eggs, our Ingredient Weight Chart lists the weight of a large egg as 50g.
