Instead you can add up the gram weights of all the ingredients in the recipe and divide by 2 to get how many grams you should be subtracting from the tared out mixing bowl on the scale. Once you know the total gram weight of the amount of batter, you can just divide it by 2 and scoop that much out in negative grams. Happy baking!
