We don't currently have a testing program in place and are simply unable to guarantee against the possibility of contact with glyphosate when it comes to our gluten-free product line. For some non-organic agriculture, glyphosate is federally approved for use by farmers. Any application must comply with its regulatory approval, and, if used, residual glyphosate levels in agricultural products should remain well below the federally mandated level.
I want to thank you for expressing how much you'd like to see us offer certified organic versions of our gluten-free flours. We don't have any news to share regarding production on such a line at the moment; however, it is feedback we appreciate hearing and I'm going to share it with our Ingredients team to include in their conversations about future offerings!
