Love these especially the 4 last ones as key components a(or foundations) to many other uses and upping the ante on existing recipes . I use the hot fudge and caramel recipes all the time, and keep both on hand (or the ingredients) . I can afford to upgrade the quality of ingredients for the same price as store bought. The other two are just slightly beyond my comfort level still…but I am planning the marshmallow whipped cream next. That looks like a promising new creative direction or game changer with endless possibilities (I think of brown butter as well this way)
