One of the best things about the KAB site is that there are recipes for every level of baking expertise - from the “Quick and Easy” to the more involved and challenging. You have responded to the “Quick and Easy” approach recipes, but don’t miss out on some of the more sophisticated and beautifully executed recipes like “Chocolate Mousse Cake with Raspberries” and “Blue Ribbon Caramel Apple Pie” and hundreds more. There is something for everyone and every skill level here and they’ve all been tested and critiqued by many bakers. Be selective and find the recipes that work for you.
