Made this whipped cream last night - it's so delicious! For whatever reason, my grocery store didn't have mini marshmallows so I just used regular ones. I tried using nonstick foil to wrap the baking sheet to try to help with cleanup, but it was still a gooey mess to transfer to roasted marshmallows into the mixer. Next time I'll just follow the directions as written. Thanks for a great, inventive recipe - I am sure I'll use this often!
