I too am really disappointed that you are moving away from organic flour. Regenerative means nothing (or too many varying things) without being organic as well. No need to use "less" pesticides -- use NONE. Organic is the guaranteed base standard, with Regenerative adding value for social justice and climate and more - Find wheat that starts with the organic label and adds on regenerative practices. I too will have to find another flour if you don't offer organic. And I love your products!
