I love Golden Wheat Flour and consider it a staple in my kitchen. I bake Sourdough Sandwich bread weekly, and use it for 300gm of the 631gm bread flour called for in the recipe, as well as using it exclusively for the levain and to feed my sourdough starter. I pretty much use it for at least half of most all of my baking recipes, from Snickerdoodles and Chocolate Chip cookies to baking powder biscuits, my in-law’s favorite Soudough Chocolate Cake to sourdough pita bread! Never have a problem with rise or complaint about the whole wheat.
