Hi Sonja, the answer is yes and no. We've found for best results you'll want to use a bread machine that has a gluten-free setting. We actually have some specific recommendations for making our Gluten-Free Bread and Pizza Mix in a bread machine (which you can find on the product page), and our Gluten-Free Sandwich Bread recipe has specific tips for baking it in a bread machine in our Tips from our Bakers section of the recipe. We also have this helpful blog post about baking this recipe in a bread machine.
That being said, we haven't yet developed any bread machine recipes that utilize our new Gluten-Free Bread Flour because the rise times and mixing requirements tend to be different for this flour. Thankfully, we have created some really delicious gluten-free bread recipes that allow this remarkable flour to shine. These recipes don't require a bread machine and aren't all that difficult to put together.
