Yes Marguerite, you can still use powdered sugar when stabilizing with ClearJel. We have this basic recipe for Whipped Cream that you can add 1-2 teaspoons of ClearJel to stabilize. We always recommend mixing the ClearJel with the sugar to help prevent clumping. Happy Baking!
