If you use ClearJel to stabilize whipped cream. would you still use powdered sugar as the sweetener since it contains cornstarch? Or, should you use regular white sugar? for a pint of heavy whipping cream, what proportions of white sugar:ClearJel? or powdered sugar:ClearJel?
