I have several jars of raspberry rhubarb homemade jam using liquid pectin but failed to get a firm set. Flavor is great but product is loose. Would this jam be usable in your “Berry Easy Jam Bars” using some instant Clear-Jel to firm up the jam in the cookies? The recipe sounds like a wonderful cookie. Thank you 😊
