I began my starter night before last. Yesterday morning it did not have any bubbles or growth, Followed simple feeding instructions. Last night the lid was popping up😅 Now! I’ve read you must discard seven days before actually using your discard for pancakes etc. is 48 hours too soon to do bread? I’m a newbie. Have your glass crock. This is a whole new world!!!
