I love PJ Hamel's posts because they're always so well written. I learn a ton about baking from her clear, sensible writing. There are a lot of food bloggers online but she stands above the crowd. She is the one I rely on most and the only one I read for pure fun even if, to take today for example, I was not really on my way over to make a cheesecake.
