Thanks for the idea of saving the bread in the freezer until you have enough to make a batch. I've been able to make a simall batch of croutons, enough for one person's salad or a single serving of migas, with success using the microwave. (The plate does get HOT.) They were great. I'd be interested in trying to make a small batch in the air fryer. Any suggestions?
