A total failure, a waste of time and money! As the carrot cake was baking it expanded and managed to push the cheesecake almost over the edge of the springform pan, resulting in a 2" ring of cheesecake all around the edge of the pan. When I released the springform pan this edge pulled away from the cheesecake, leaving a total disaster!
