Just received the metal 16 serving scone pan but have a question about use. Instructions usually describe prep for a flat baking sheet or your ceramic 8 serving pan.
Please describe how best to use the metal pan from shaping of dough to fit your 16 piece pan to how to prepare pan surface to avoid sticking. I am eager to try new pan which makes the perfect small serving size! Thank you
