I want to take a moment to thank you for this article with recipes. I have a immersion blender which I tried to cut off my fingertip with, because I did not know how to use. I learned a valuable lesson very quickly! I have not used it to full value because of fear and not understanding what it could be used for! But this has opened a whole new world, because ganache, curds, crepes, and pastry creams are recipes I use often. Thank you so much. Older dogs can learn new tricks!
