I want to thank you for making this information available for everyone who wants to bake. I am past my affair with bread baking . . . too old and creaky in my bones now. I was part of the group that was all over the 'Net looking for info back in the 90s. We had several Newsgroups back then and shared every tidbit we heard about how to achieve perfect crumb and more. Your Beginner's Guide will make it so much easier to gather info on the way to great bread.
