Just want to make sure I am clear on something. Iv never made or used sourdough.
After the 5-6 days or so the starter is ready for the fridge. If I want to make sourdough bread after it's been in the let's say a week in the fridge and has been fed, do I remove the amount I need from the fridge and feed it a few more days at room temp? Would this be a 12 hour feeding or once a day?
