Hi Zoe! While the exact method of steaming will greatly depend on your oven and you might need to reach out to the manufacturer to get specific guidance on how to execute this, you'll want to steam the oven with somewhere between 150-200 mL of water for the first 10-15 minutes of baking, then vent the steam out and finish the bake.
