I baked the recipe that comes with the Sourdough starter and used my 4.3qt cast iron Dutch oven. The bread did not brown. I had to take off the lid and bake longer. I don't know if you are familiar with that recipe but it states that it is good for two loaves. It made just one round in the pot. Went perfectly with a rib slab on the pellet grill and broccoli. Did I miss something in the instructions? Also, it took about 15 min longer to bake. I test all my breads at 193*F to 198*F for doneness - has never failed.
