What a treat to see this. Got very nostalgic as I grew up (in Sri Lanka) loving this. We call them “Kimbula Bunnis,” in native Sinhala, meaning “Crocodile Buns” and you can see why. Can’t wait to try.
Her presentation is fantastic and she explains everything so well in a very non intimidating manner that encourage you to try.
