I have been baking extensively since 2020-yeast breads, rolls, pizzas, breakfast buns, quick breads, and a rare cake. KA is a tremendous recourse with free recipes and guides to better baking. Their recipes are very clear and the website is very helpful and friendly. Their products are always fresh, well packaged, and consistent from bag to bag. I would be afraid to use any other flours at this point. Whenever possible, I weigh my ingredients so I depend upon the consistency of the products I buy from KA. Products are shipped promptly to my home after ordering.
