In one recipe I gleened long ago, titled The Best Chocolate Chip Cookie Recipe Ever, it called for a portion of pulverized oatmeal creating a flour to be incorporated with the baking flour and cut up pieces of high quality candy bar dark chocolate in irregular shapes to be used with conjunction with milk chocolate chocolate chips. This recipe so far is the best I’ve come across. It uses the same premise of chocolate chunks as chips.
