Hi Sandra, our Self-Rising Flour is not gluten-free, so this would not be a suitable substitute for sorghum flour in this recipe. We don't carry sorghum flour, but you can find it on Amazon. If your grocery store has a large Bob's Red Mill section, they make a sorghum flour.
