Debra Paulson January 6, 2024 at 1:29pm I let my sourdough rise on the dining room table which is close to our wood stove. I keep a thermometer next to it to monitor the temperature. When I put my starter on the mantle which is warmer, it doubles in about 4 hours. Reply
