I followed the recipe exactly and they turned out fantastic. My husband and I were only able to let them rest for 24 hours before curiosity got the better of us. I opted for the 50g cookies and I thought that size was perfect. The cookies are a little thicker and cakier than a normal cookie. They kind of remind me of the Muffies at Panera Bread that are a cross between muffin tops and cookies. They've been out of the oven less than 30 minutes and my husband has already eaten 3.
