I wholeheartedly agree with this.
I did alter it a bit, and when I make this recipe the next time ,I would initially chill The dough in a different shape, so it would be easier to form and bake so that after three days it is easier to warm the dough and form into cookies.
I also made smaller cookies because we do not like big cookies in this household
. I also might add toasted chopped nuts . And I just used the 60% chocolate chips I had on hand. Nevertheless, they were definitely worth the extra time setting in the fridge
