One of the comments mentioned the Carmel flavor (from the brown butter & brown sugar) in the raw dough and that they missed that in the baked cookie- I agreed until day 2! I baked a few extra cookies and tried them the second day after baking- wowza the yummy Carmel flavor is shining through again.
