I just baked these today after a 36 hour chill in fridge. Like other people have commented, they came out cakey… almost like a muffin top. After re-checking the recipe, I noticed the flour lists 2 3/4 C …. DIVIDED! So I think I used the whole 2 3/4 C. They are still delicious…. But not like pictured. My mistake….I’ll make them again ….more carefully .
