Good evening, I have been freezing my bread for about 50 years before I started baking my own bread. I usually freeze the next day because we love it fresh baked.
I slice my whole loaf wrap it in plastic wrap, then in a plastic bread bag into an airtight container.LIKE THIS a can take out as needed.
