I make KA's wonderful hamburger buns. I let them cool completely then slice them. I have kept commercial hamburger bun bags and pop the buns in there and then put the bags in plastic 2 gallon bags. I always clean those and reuse them. A bun straight from the freezer goes in the microwave for 10 seconds, then buttered and toasted on the griddle. Add 5 seconds for every extra bun. A friend had a hamburger the other day and loved the bun.
