Thanks for this technic review. I understand that not all recipes can be made for all environmental situations and appreciate your many approaches. While I am a weekly bread baker, I don’t bake a lot of cookies except at Christmas, so this was a good review. I will keep these points in mind next time I make cookies for Valentine’s Day.
