I bought what they call Quarry Tiles, about a 5x5 inch square. I bought enough to line the entire bottom oven rack so I can make larger pizzas.
The tiles are the same material as a regular pizza stone. I put the pizza on parchment paper, and I use a metal pizza peel. Crust comes out crispy every time! Been doing this for years. I make my own dough using a bread machine, or my Kitchen-Aid with the dough hook. Then I make my own sauce, and fry up some Italian sausage, then add pepperoni and cheese. I also add certain spices to the sauce and sausage.
