I use KA Noknead Artisan Pizza recipe. I have a stone which I preheat. Form the crust on parchment, add sauce, toppings, then use a peel to transfer to the stone, parchment and all. How can I transfer the pizza to the hot stone without using parchment, and without ending up with a gloppy mess?
