I have a pizza stone and I like to make individual pizzas to please everyone with their favorite topping. This means baking the pizzas one or two at a time which doesn’t work for a crowd. I’ve tried putting the pizza stone in the barbecue grill so I have easier accces to do multiple small pizzas at one time, but I’ve cracked one ceramic stone and lost the handle off another so I don’t want to do this again. I think a big rectangular baking steel might work but where to find such a thing?
