Hi Regina! These cookies certainly are delicious! If you want to make gluten free versions, we would recommend using our Gluten Free Measure to Measure Flour blend. That is the best flour to use as the equal replacement to the traditional, wheat based flour that is called for in the recipes. More on that here. Happy Baking!
