I tried this recipe last night. It was just a random Sunday night, not a holiday but I felt like making fresh bread at 5:00 p.m. for dinner. As always, King Arthur never disappoints. I made half the batch (family of two), carefully measuring on the scale. They came out perfect and absolutely delicious. I think next time I'll make the full recipe so we can have more leftovers for the week. They had that professional fluffy quality of a good roll, and I'm just a beginner baker!
