WOW....Just WOW!!!!!!!!! I have a Kitchen Aid Pro which absolutely love, as I bake 12 different types of bread for family, friends etc. it is really a work horse and I haven never had a issue with it. This is actually my second K.A. and I have been baking for 55 years. But, I would love to see this new machine in action. Could I test this for you? Just kidding, but I just had to try. (really not kidding at all)
