I use a bread machine to make various breads. The last 3 times, my bread didn’t rise. Thick and bulky and tossed it to the birds. All my ingredients are current, even the yeast. It use to make good bread before. Please tell me what I need to change. Thank you. I definitely like this site. Really explains thoroughly. Even read the blogs for extra help.
