I have a friend that uses the cheapest flour she can find (always tells me when she finds flour for $2 a bag), I always tell her I use KA. She tells me about having to throw out baked goods because they “they just didn’t come out good” and when I gave her a bag of KA she raved about how wonderful it was, but she’s back to the cheapest flour (and butter) she can find. When I bake I use the best, and that’s KA for me, I’ve never had to throw out a baked good.
