The Garlic and Herb Sun Bread (cover recipe latest mailing) calls for 2 c. K.A. all purpose flour and 1 c. K.A. Durum flour. Instead of mixing the 2 flours, would 3 c. all K.A. bread flour work, or a blend of all purpose and the bread flour? (I don't have the Durum flour)
