Hi Liana, 

Our new Climate Blend Flour bares the Regenefied Certification, which requires farmers to reduce the number of herbicides they are using and then during the 21 days prior to harvest there are no chemicals applied. It’s not organic, but we are making sure there is a significant reduction in herbicides used on these wheats. We also continue to carry a variety of organic flours.
